[1] Gender Male Notes - George H appears on the 1891 Census as grandson of Benjamin Bristow. I have assigned him as George's son because he is listed as a Bristow and because he shares the same name which was a common practice. But this doesn't mean he necessarily WAS George's son. He could just as easily have been Elizabeth's. She was of child-bearing age and it wouldn't have been the first time that a daughter's pregnancy had been hushed up.
