    On 1891 census age 14 living with parents at the Post Office, Fyfield. Cannot find him on 1901 census and he should now be 24.
    Found him on 1911 Census and 1939 Register.

    COULD THE 2 FAMILIES HAVE KNOWN EACH OTHER? Assuming Arthur and family were in Bucks in 1936.

    According to 1939 register Arthur's birth date is 7 July 1877.FMP birth records have an Arthur born 1st quarter which is between Jan and March mothers maiden name Weomy which was thought to be a mis-spelling of Weaving, There is another record which gives the birth date as 3rd quarter which is between July and September, which would fit the info on 1939 register, but mother's name is given as Alder(!?) John and Harriet didn't have a son called Arthur so is this a transcription error?!
